Cathryn Berger Kaye is a renown speaker, presenter, and consultant who works with state departments of education, university faculty and students, school districts, and classroom teachers both in the US and abroad on a variety of education issues. A former classroom teacher, she is known for her highly engaging workshops and keynote addresses.
She is the author of many books including: The Complete Guide to Service Learning and Strategies for Success with Literacy: A Learning Curriculum that Serves.
The curriculum incorporates literacy and academic skill development with character education and civic engagement. It has been implemented by over 700 teachers with over 45,000 students in the Los Angeles Unified School District and in five other states.
