Guidance Program Promising
A new study shows that fifth-graders in Hawaii who took part in a schoolwide behavioral program called "Positive Action" were about half as likely to try drugs, alcohol, weapons or sex as their peers in other schools. Read the article.

NSOC Finalist Visits Capitol Hill
