Step 1
Download and read the 2011 National and State Schools of Character Application Guidelines.
Step 2
Complete the online Application Cover Sheet (available in the Fall).
Once you have completed the Application Cover Sheet , press "Submit" once and then print. Attach the Cover Sheet to your application.
Step 3
Complete the Self-Assessment Score Sheet to compute your scores in Excel.
