CEP Professional Development focuses on school-wide systemic change. We prepare educators and school leaders to create safe, healthy, high-performing schools, while inspiring students to reach their full potential as students and as people. Customized to meet the needs of schools and communities, our programs emphasize:

  • Driving student achievement, ethical growth, and social and emotional skill development
  • Identifying teaching strategies for moral and performance character
  • Integrating character education throughout the entire school
