You may wish to provide mentoring/consultation to other educators either as a follow-up to a professional development session or separate from it. Many districts are willing to help their schools partner with other schools in the district. Or, you may wish to mentor a school in another district. Consider inviting staff members from other schools to your school to hear from stakeholders (students, teachers, parents). Or, have staff members from your school visit the other schools to discuss challenges and then make suggestions.
