NSOC publicity serves a number of important purposes:
- It provides a vehicle for community-wide celebration of the hard work and accomplishments of your students, staff, and parents — building pride in your school and good morale.
- It lets the wider community know about what schools of character are and how character education can have a positive impact on students and communities.
- It spreads the word about the NSOC process, which can result in more schools getting involved and more students being positively impacted.
CEP suggests you publicize your NSOC status in the following ways and any others that are appropriate for your community. We also request that you share any news coverage you get with us.
