Duncan Random Acts of Kindness
Sponsored by our Character Education Club, "Random Acts of Kindness" has been intended from the beginning to be an anonymous way of building morale and self-esteem in others. The students emphasize that these RAKs do not have to be extravagant or costly. Recipients are encouraged to pass the RAK along to others. This initiative has grown exponentially and is occurring with all the students and staff at our school. We hope that it will spill over into our students' homes. It is impressive that this student-sponsored initiative has become such a tremendous success. The students formulated the plan and executed the first series of what has become a constantly growing number of "Random Acts of Kindness."
