Breakfast for Angels Arms
Kindergarten students at Hagemann wanted to connect the 100th day of kindergarten to an act of kindness for others. They decided to collect cereal that children like to eat to make a donation to Angels Arms. Angels Arms is a local organization that allows foster children to stay together with their siblings when being taken from their homes. Angels Arms buys homes, places foster parents in the homes, and then adds children with siblings. They do not take more than six children at one time, but that is a lot of hungry children to feed. Kindergarteners thought this would be a great way to help other kids!
