PBIS Character Education Info-tainment
The PBIS/Character Education music videos use entertaining and memorable vignettes to create positive visual representations of students demonstrating personal responsibility and appropriate peer interactions set to popular and catchy musical tunes and lyrics. We developed videos to provide a model for the direct instruction component of the corresponding lessons. Students are presented with opportunities to practice positive character development throughout the production process and to reflect on the impact their projects have on themselves and the broader school community. These videos provide an exciting and engaging way for students to participate in improving their learning environment while they learn and apply modern multimedia, technical skills.
