Warrior Time Advisory Program
Our Warrior Time Advisory Program helps faculty members embrace the unique academic, developmental, and social needs of middle school students. Striking this balance empowers our students to be responsible citizens capable of life-long accomplishments and inspires them to believe that “What Happens Here (at ILMS) Will Change the World!” Warrior Time session advisers create a participative environment in which all stakeholders have a voice. This family-like atmosphere promotes open, constructive dialogue, which strengthens our ability to celebrate diversity and ensures that all students fly first class. Being visionaries, our staff members acknowledge that we can continue on a trajectory of success if we balance rigorous instructional expectations with innovative technology and sound social and developmental programs such as our Warrior Time Advisory program. We strive to create small families that meet the needs of each individual student, thus creating an environment that is welcoming and encouraging. We have crafted an atmosphere of excellence by constantly recognizing students’ accomplishments and acknowledging our great leaders, thinkers, and innovators.
