Character on the Move: Walk to School Day
The Ironwood Area School "Character on the Move" days were started as part of the Safe Routes to Schools grant. The response from the students, staff, parents, as well as the community has been so positive that we have held the event two times per school year. We kick off our school year together in the fall with a walk to school event and bring our school year to a close with another walk to school event in May.
