Veteran's Day Celebration
Laurel Middle School students participated in various activities to capture a glimpse of contributions/sacrifices made by our veterans. Some of these classroom activities included door-decorating contests, fund-raiser for Disabled American Veterans, poetry contests, art activities, patriotic songs and dance. All students were involved in some way whether they actually participated in the school-wide assembly or were participating in the audience. Faculty and staff of LMS wanted students to gain insight as to what our military does to ensure our freedom.
