S.T.R.E.A.M.S.
S.T.R.E.A.M.S. is an acronym for "Striving to Renew Environments Around My School". This service group is responsible for making Selvidge a better place by beautifying the building, grounds, hallways, and classrooms. The students involved in this organization come from a variety of backgrounds. Any student at Selvidge is welcome to participate. The group meets about once a week during the school year. At each meeting, students discuss ideas and ways to make Selvidge a better place. After we determine what we will work on as a group, we start working to make the project come to life. No idea is too big or small. The students are empowered to use their voice and their actions to bring about positive change in our school community.
