The Behavior Development Program
The Behavior Development Program at the Pennsauken Campus of Camden County Technical Schools (Penn Tech) is a progressive partnership among staff, students, and parents to improve student behavior issues in a positive way. The purpose of the program is to help students take responsibility for their actions through reflection, training, and counseling. Students assigned to the program spend the day working on personal improvement with teachers, counselors, mentors, and administration. The students are given time to complete course work and they are also assigned program work. The Behavior Development Program has been an excellent tool to help enhance student character education.
