Sibley East School Garden
In 2010 the Sibley East Agriculture Department planted, cared for and harvested a 1 acre school garden. All of the vegetables that were produced were processed and put directly into the school lunch program. The care and maintenance of the garden was done by the Agriculture Department students during the spring, summer and fall. Students really enjoyed working with their classmates growing the food for their lunches.
