Everyone A Leader
Every student identifies their individual strengths and fills out a simple application by choosing a position that utilizes their strengths. There are no more student elections or leadership by a privileged few. Instead all of the work being done by Student Council, Character Council and our Student Ambassadors is doled out to various leaders (greeters, public speakers, teaching leaders, art/music leaders, planners, and problem solvers). Students give up recess time daily to work on leadership projects or events.
