Link Crew
Link Crew is a transition program that consciously chooses upperclassmen from a variety of backgrounds and trains them as mentors for incoming freshmen, with a main goal of ending bullying, eliminating the social hierarchy and creating a safe place where ALL students are welcome and celebrated. Link Leaders go through an intensive three-day training that prepares them to lead freshmen orientation, and equips them with skills and techniques to create meaningful relationships with freshmen. Throughout the year Link Leaders continue to foster those relationships through teaching lessons and hosting freshmen-only academic and social events.
