Using Music to Support School Wide Language
As our Character Counts! program at EAB continues to grow and evolve, our staff is becoming more and more involved in the details and activities. One of our P.E. teachers, Mr. J.P. Barea, used some of the Character Counts! common language we have established in the Lower School and wrote songs to reinforce it with the students, which he plays during school wide assemblies. Other teachers helped to create movements to go with the songs, so all students and staff can sing and dance along! As a result, the students all know and practice the school wide language and routines easily.
