East Hanover Township Community Night of Respect
The East Hanover Township Community Night of Respect is designed to highlight the importance of providing a united front in the effort to eradicate harassment, intimidation, and bullying. All members of the community are invited to attend, as are law enforcement representatives and state and local government officials. Community stakeholders including students, parents, and faculty and staff members engage in HIB training seminars, role-playing activities, and student-driven anti-bullying demonstrations. The ultimate goal of the Community Night of Respect is to foster awareness of recent HIB legislation and offer stakeholders the opportunity to engage in East Hanover Township's continued efforts to guarantee the equitable treatment of all its students.
