Students Creating Podcasts about Character Traits
HHE features a monthly Character Trait. The selected trait is referred to in various settings throughout the building for the entire month. This year we are including podcasts by students. Students, selected by staff, record their definition, personal success stories and personal challenges regarding the chosen Character Trait. The recording is uploaded to the school web site and is accessible to parents, students and staff. Teachers are informed of the podcast and encouraged to share with their students when teaching lessons about the featured character trait. Students that have been selected to record a podcast are given a written copy of directions on "How To" access the podcast to take home and share with their families.
