STORM Super Team of Role Models Leadership Program
Through our S.T.O.R.M. program, which stands for Super Team of Role Models, participants learn about the qualities of a leader in a classroom setting. Classes focus on public speaking, student evaluations, teaching techniques, motivation skills, goal setting, lesson plans with classroom structure and more. Students are required to student-assist and have the chance to move up the instructor ladder. By reaching different positions they ultimately aim to become a leader in life and possibly an employee or staff member. Our job is not only to produce black belts in the martial arts but to produce quality leaders of tomorrow!
