The Mouat Minute Video Project
Our Film and TV students work with our Character Council to identify themes for our Mouat Minute video clips. Students lead the charge in all aspects. Film students then create one minute clips featuring students in our building that address relevant themes, which have included bullying, responsibility, respect, school rules, and gossip. Students are shown the clips in classes and a follow-up discussion is led by student leaders in the school. The videos are engaging and have created an incredibly positive way for students to take ownership of character development at Mouat. Student engagement is high with these clips being one of the central pieces to our program.
