Palmetto Character Council accepts applications from public and private schools and districts throughout the state of South Carolina for the State Schools of Character (SSOC) program. Applicants selected as SC SSOC will hold their designation for 3 years and their applications will be forwarded to the national level for consideration as National Schools of Character (NSOC).
