Marshall University Graduate School of Education and Professional Development accepts applications from public and private schools and districts throughout the state of West Virginia for the State Schools of Character (SSOC) program. Applicants selected as WV SSOC will hold their designation for 3 years and their applications will be forwarded to the national level for consideration as National Schools of Character (NSOC).
